Learn to say no! Burnout happens to everyone at some point but having the ability to say no to projects and delegate may help to prevent burnout from becoming a career change.
Reasons I love working in the veterinary field
I don't know if its because animal people tend to be a little weird and incredibly compassionate but the people I work with are in the best possible way. I choose this field because of the animals but I stayed because of the people.
