Job Description

Vetcove has developed strategic partnerships with many top animal health companies that manufacture parasiticides, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, and other crucial products that are used 100,000+ veterinarians to keep hundreds of millions of America's pets healthy. For the first time, we're enabling these companies with world-class eCommerce technology, data-driven dynamic advertising, and mobile customer management tools that will redefine how veterinarians learn about and buy animal health products.

We're looking for a highly-motivated candidate to help our new channel partners make the most of our innovative platform. For example, we're launching the industry's first mobile customer engagement app, which is being deployed to 1,000+ animal health sales representatives this year. These animal health professionals will need hands-on training, guidance, ideas, and maybe a bit of motivation to help them make the most of our platform, which will help us rapidly scale our marketplace to every veterinary hospital across the country.


We're is looking for a competitive self-starter who can define and own our channel partner success strategy end-to-end, including fielding and understanding partner needs, strategically generating excitement and viral enthusiasm throughout partner organizations, and training partners to use our technology to completely redefine how they perform their roles.

The ideal candidate will be excited by the challenge of launching our channel partner success program, which has the potential to have an immense and immediate impact on the company's growth and trajectory into a market leadership position.

The candidate will be communicating with a wide array of people on the other side of the table, so very strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay organized are crucial. This role requires a strategic mind for sales and an understanding of the sales process, particularly for veterinary hospitals and medical offices. The candidate will have a strong desire to help our partners succeed, and the ability to translate powerful tools into actionable behaviors changes among our partners. Vetcove is in this for the long haul. The candidate must be tenacious and passionate about the sector.

The ideal candidate has a mix of the following experience and skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Tech/start-up work experience a plus
  • Channel strategy, sales, sales training, or partner success experience
  • Understanding of veterinary sales ecosystem a plus (but not required)
