We're looking for an exceptionally personable customer success manager to support our 5,000+ veterinary hospitals as they use Vetcove. You'll be responsible for answering questions and being generally helpful to the thousands of veterinarians and staff that rely on Vetcove to keep their hospitals operating smoothly every day. We're looking for an upbeat and incredibly positive person that finds joy in helping our customers find the right products and make the most of Vetcove. We've found that veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and veterinary staff are a pleasure to work with. Our users collectively help millions of animals every year, and you'll play a pivotal role in helping them be of service to America's pets.
Experience in a relevant customer service-oriented role is strongly preferred. It would be huge bonus to have knowledge of medical products, or to have had experience at a veterinary clinic as a technician or staff member. However, previous veterinary or medical experience is not required.
Another bonus is if you have a knack for customer service strategy and retention marketing. We use technology and automation to keep our many clinics engaged and actively sharing Vetcove. A part of your role will include working with us to strategically scale our support function and provide an incredible new user experience for our hospitals. You'll likely also play a role in supporting our digital marketing and manufacturer relationship building functions. We love candidates that we feel can grow into a leadership position.
